This is necessary for Animal Resources to understand the needs of new researchers as well as advise them about the animal program at the University of Iowa, including IACUC review, animal facility capabilities and services.
 
The recruiting department should complete the Departmental Information: Faculty Candidate questionnaire and submit as instructed at the end of the form.  

Please forward the Faculty Candidate Questionnaire to the candidate for completion and submission.
